I started the Anthony Farrance Law Firm mainly as a DWI lawyer and Criminal Defense Attorney, with my office in Abilene I had witnessed hyper enforcement and arrests for DWI by the police and a ask no questions asked prosecution of DWI charges (read: either they plead to DWI, or go to trial). Often times on nothing more than the opinion of a police officer, and never allowed to substitute my own professional judgment. I got tired of being part of that process, and have enjoyed representing and assisting in the legal needs of individuals.
Although my primary practice is in Abilene, I have assisted clients from Lubbock to Houston, and Palo Pinto to Tyler. I have also assisted clients with matters in Family Law and Divorce, Personal Injury, and Probate and Wills.
My focus is on the client and reaching resolutions that satisfy their needs. Once retained, I gather information about your case. This includes speaking with witnesses, examining the offense reports, and speaking with the prosecutor. I then advise you about your case, including possible defensive strategies and the existence of any plea bargain offer by the prosecutor. You and I will chart a course of action for the case. Finally, I represent you in court, seeing your case through to disposition.
